Snippet Manager is a code snippet management platform that allows users to: • Store and organize code snippets • Share snippets with team members or publicly • Collaborate on code collections • Access snippets across multiple devices • Integrate with development tools and editors We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the security of your password • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use You are responsible for all content posted under your account.

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for: • Temporary service interruptions • Scheduled maintenance downtime • Third-party service failures • Internet connectivity issues We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance when possible.

Either party may terminate this agreement: • You may delete your account at any time • We may terminate accounts for terms violations • We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
